Conor Schmidt
Founder, CEO and Doctor of Physical Therapy
Conor graduated from Quinnipiac University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. Since then, Conor has worked in multiple states, including New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and has enjoyed seeing a wide variety of patients, including high-level athletes, patients with general orthopedic pain, post-operative patients, neurological patients, and more.

In addition to general physical therapy, Conor has extensive training in dry needling, Gaston Technique, and blood flow restriction training; all designed to facilitate a faster and more efficient recovery.

As part of his practice, Conor enjoys spending one-on-one time with patients and getting to know them as he helps guide their recovery. He finds better results and quicker recovery in treating patients as a whole, not just a body part. Through this whole-patient approach to physical therapy, Conor has helped heal thousands of patients throughout his career.
Paul Plunkett
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Paul graduated from the New England Institute of Technology in 2023 with his Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Throughout his time at NEIT he found his footing in outpatient physical therapy and a passion for both sports rehab and orthopedic PT.
Paul enjoys working with people of all ages and approaches each one with an individualized plan focused on returning to their interests and hobbies stronger than before.
He spends his free time hiking the many nature trails throughout Rhode Island and New England, finding a nice spot to set up a hammock and play his guitar. Paul is a fantastic cook and loves to share all of his creations with his Tier One family.
