Kevin Raksnis
Clinical Director / Doctor of Physical Therapy
Kevin earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Quinnipiac University in 2016. After graduation, he returned to Southeastern Connecticut, where he has worked in outpatient orthopedic settings across Mystic and Montville, treating a diverse range of patients. Kevin has extensive experience in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and restore mobility.

An avid learner, Kevin is committed to professional growth. He holds an SFMA Level 1 certification and actively participates in mentorship groups, expanding his expertise in manual therapy, pain science, strength and conditioning, and repeated loading techniques. Kevin applies these advanced techniques to develop personalized care plans, empowering patients to take control of their healing and live active, pain-free lives.

Outside of his professional life, Kevin resides in Westerly, RI, and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, sailing, and hiking. His love for outdoor adventure keeps him grounded and inspires his approach to helping others maintain an active lifestyle.


Paul Plunkett
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Paul graduated from the New England Institute of Technology in 2023 with his Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Throughout his time at NEIT he found his footing in outpatient physical therapy and a passion for both sports rehab and orthopedic PT.
Paul enjoys working with people of all ages and approaches each one with an individualized plan focused on returning to their interests and hobbies stronger than before.
He spends his free time hiking the many nature trails throughout Rhode Island and New England, finding a nice spot to set up a hammock and play his guitar. Paul is a fantastic cook and loves to share all of his creations with his Tier One family.
